The following comparisons are to assist you in making your choice:

MARAU VALE
The rental rate for Marau Vale is $280 per night. Discounted rates for longer stays are as follows: Weekly $1820 ($260/night); two weeks $3400 ($242/night); and monthly $6250 ($201/night). Rates quoted are in U.S. Dollars and for up to 2 persons. For additional persons, add $15 p.p./night. Should you wish the house fully provisioned with foods, costs are $30 per person per day and include literally everything to your specific desires (excluding soft drinks & alcohol). Applicable government taxes not included.

SERE NI IKA
The rental rate for Sere Ni Ika is $250 per night. Discounted rates for longer stays are as follows: Weekly $1625 ($232/night); two weeks $3125 ($223/night); and monthly $5270 ($170/night). Rates quoted are in U.S. Dollars and for up to 2 persons. For additional persons, add $15 p.p./night. Applicable government taxes not included.

LOMALAGI
The rental rate for Lomalagi is $180 per night. Discounted rates for longer stays are as follows: Weekly $1175 ($168/night); two weeks $2250 ($160/night); and monthly $4400 ($142/night). Rates quoted are in U.S. Dollars and for up to 2 persons. For additional persons, add $15 p.p./night. Applicable government taxes not included.

RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS
Reservation dates once confirmed will be held for a period of 10-days. In order to guarantee a confirmed reservation, a $250/week deposit is required. Final payment must be made at least 45 days prior to your Fiji arrival. All deposit and final payments must be in the form of a Certified Bank Draft in U.S. Dollars or via bank wire transfer directly into our bank in Fiji.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received prior to 45 days of arrival will be charged the full deposit. Cancellations received 45 - 30 days prior to the arrival, will be charged 50% of the total rental. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to your arrival will be 100% non-refundable. In case of cancellation 50% of the total cancellation fee may be applied to a future reservation within a 1-year period. There are no refunds for unused portions of the rental reservations.

(Holiday Periods) Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's Rental and Payment Conditions: Deposits required are $350/week and are strictly non-refundable. Full payment is due 60 days prior to your Fiji arrival. There are no refunds of any kind for holiday bookings.
